Academics
My academic background reflects a balance between theoretical foundations and practical, real-world application.
Bachelor of Science — Summa Cum Laude
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute · Graduated December 2025
I graduated Summa Cum Laude (3.91/4.0) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science, completing a dual major in Computer Science (CS) and Information Technology & Web Science (ITWS), along with a minor in Economics. My academic concentration was in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. During my undergraduate studies, I was inducted into the Gamma Nu Eta (ITWS), Upsilon Pi Epsilon (CS), and Epsilon Delta Sigma (Management) honor societies.
These two majors complemented each other exceptionally well. Through computer science, I developed a strong theoretical foundation grounded in logical and mathematical reasoning. Courses such as Machine Learning from Data and Data Mining allowed me to explore the fundamental techniques that underpin nearly all modern machine learning systems. Computational Vision further demonstrated how these concepts can be applied to real-world problems.
The ITWS curriculum pushed application much further. From the first semester onward, I was expected to produce deployable, presentable results. Across all five major-specific courses, I built full-stack web applications, deployed them publicly, and presented them to technical and non-technical audiences. This experience taught me not only how to code solutions independently, but also how to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations within a team setting.
I largely credit my professional success so far to this balance: computer science taught me how to think and solve problems, while ITWS gave me the tools to apply those skills in practical, professional environments.
Master of Science — Co-Terminal Program
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute · Expected 2026
I am excited to be continuing at RPI for the one-year co-terminal Master’s program in Computer Science, again concentrating in AI and Machine Learning.
In addition to advanced coursework, my focus will include research in computer vision, specifically exploring applications in sports analytics. My research will center on hockey — a sport I have played nearly my entire life — combining my academic interests with a long-standing personal passion.
High School
St. Luke’s School, New Canaan · Graduated 2022
Prior to RPI, I attended St. Luke’s School, where I graduated Cum Laude as an FAA Scholar-Athlete. I was honored with the Headmaster’s Award and named a National Merit Scholar.
During my time at St. Luke’s, I discovered my passion for STEM and classical studies. I completed four years of computer science coursework, which prepared me exceptionally well for my undergraduate studies. In addition, I studied Latin for five years and explored a wide range of ancient history topics.
Athletics were also a central part of my high school experience. I competed in varsity hockey and lacrosse all four years, serving as captain of the hockey team during my junior and senior seasons. Through these experiences, I learned the importance of leadership, resilience, and the value of building strong teams. I also ran one season of cross country senior year, and boy, that was a different kind of hard!
